As part of its initiatives around World Mental Health Day (observed on October 10th), Experion is organizing mental wellness awareness sessions for its employees.
An offline session was conducted at the Trivandrum HQ office by Ms. Dilna Devassy, MSc Clinical Psychology, Consultant Psychologist at Credence Hospital, Trivandrum. The 1-hour session on mental health in the workplace covered key topics such as recognizing signs of mental stress, debunking common myths around mental health, and strategies for managing work-related pressure. The speaker offered free consultations on the day of the event, and complimentary telehealth consultations as well.
The company is also organizing an online session, which will be conducted by Ms. Steffi Cecil Cross, a Senior Wellness Coach with a PG in Counselling Psychology, Nutrition, and Health Education. This session will be accessible to all Experion employees, regardless of location.
