Neeyum Njanum serial cast’s rendition of an old hit song hits the right chord
Kochi: Zee Keralam and the whole team of Neeyum Njanum have always entertained the audience with their mesmerizing story and performance. The team has now come up with a beautiful rendition of the yesteryear hit song ‘Lokam Muzhuvan Sugam Pakaranay’ soothing the audience who are confined to homes under lockdown. In the video song, the actors of Neeyum Njanum, one of the blockbuster serials in Zee Keralam, are seen singing different portions of the famous Malayalam song “Lokam Muzhuvan” from the 1972 movie Snehadeepame Mizhi Thurakku. The song has been beautifully recreated by the stars through selfie videos staying at their homes. The prayerful song emphasizes love, positivity, hope, and light, which will give us a splash of optimistic thought to overcome the adversities.
Shiju Abdul Rasheed, Susmitha Prabhakaran, Manga Mahesh, Lakshmi Nandan, Remya Sudha are a few of the stars in the soothing video song. Though the shootings have been temporarily stopped due to the lockdown restrictions in Kerala, the serial team and the channel has tried to stay connected with the people. Zee Keralam has always tried to spread the light of positivity and hope and initiated many programmes with good messages which creates a sense of belongingness amongst the people during these hard times.
